Hi Guys!! So your friendly host has an announcement to pass on. Another player has broken my Exile Rule. You would think by now that you all would be more careful after the Coach situation but Ill be damned wrong and it has happened.
Joel has brought me sufficient proof that Candice did indeed engage in game having conversation with him while at Exile Island. Now this effects you guys here at Tribal. In most situations Both Jerri and Candice would be removed but this is not the case now. Jerri will remain on Exile and not to talk to anyone. She will not be punished for Candice disregard for Squishy rules. Only one person will be leaving tonight. As Jerri needs a new partner going into next round. So tonight when you cast your vote cast it for the person you want gone and not just the team you want eliminated. The partner surviving will have Jerri join their team.
Now... In other business to the jurors. Shane, Stephenie, Greg and Natalie. Candice will NOT be joining you. I do not believe someone who does not follow the rules should be rewarded with the right to cast a vote at the final tribal council. Candice is not happy with this situation I ask that you do not let her effect the remainder of this game and I will deal with her.
So Candice is removed and not on the jury, Jerri is still much alive in this game, and you will only be voting out one person tonight.
The deadline is still tomorrow at 10 pm Eastern.
If you hav any questions or concerns please contact me via aim, or cell or whatever means you have.
Squishy Jess First...I don't have a problem with being voted out. Second...if Squishy is going to change the deadline 24 hours earlier, then she should let us know in advance. On Monday, July 11 @ 5:33 AM, Jess told all of us that "the deadline is still at 10 pm Eastern". To me, that would mean the deadline is Tuesday, July 12 @ 10 pm. I was prepared to cast my vote before Tuesday, July 12 @ 10 pm. I will leave it up the the host if she wants to let this vote stand or amend the results. I will be waiting for your reply. |

That's a fair point to bring up. However, the custom for this game has been that votes are due within 24 hours of TC being started, and Jess said up front that votes were due Monday at 10 PM EST. In your quoted post, Jess used the keyword "STILL" to note that the deadline was unchanged. While it does seem that she made a mistake with the word "tomorrow," there was more reason to presume that the deadline was Monday at 10 EST. And I have to echo Natalie on this one.... you'd think that someone who made the Final 7 would have been more on top of it. Especially someone who spent so much time on a team that KNOWS how to win challenges! |

First of all I understand your frustrations Rupert. NO where did I write that the deadline was changed to the next day. If it is any comfort had you tied the vote you still in a tie breaker of past votes would have lost to Joel. You had two votes that counted against you in the past where as Joel only had one. Im sorry to see you go. The next Tribal is about to be posted.
