Shut the Box
Welcome in Survivors.Tonight's challenge will require you to work as a team but on your own in doing so. The lowest total combined score of those playing and not sitting out this challenge will win Immunity and be safe at tonight's tribal council. You will have 48 hours to find and complete this challenge with myself..If you do not do so you will get the max. amount of points allotted for this challenge and could cost your team a trip to Tribal with me!
Rules of Shut the Box
Shut the Box is an extremely simple game. In the game of shut the box, you will be given 9 tiles numbered 1-9. The goal of the game is to “Shut the Box” or to cover/turn over all tiles.
Here is how to turn over your tiles. Two dice will be rolled. The total is summed, and a combination of tiles equaling the total are "covered" (either turned down, or otherwise hidden from view). For example, if the dice show a 2 and a 3, for a total of 5, any of the following combination of tiles could be covered: 1 and 4, 2 and 3, or the '5' tile alone. If every numbered tile higher than 6 is covered or turned over, only one die will be used. The game ends when no more tiles can be covered. A player's score is the sum of the numbers remaining uncovered at the end of his turn.
Your goal is to achieve the LOWEST score possible!
This challenge will also be done over AIM group chat with each player taken aside individually by the hosts. Each player will play 3 games and their best score will be used. The duo with the student’s average of lowest score will win immunity.Note : To roll two dice in AIM chat : "//roll"
To roll just one dice in AIM chat : "//roll-dice 1-sides 6"
